Roviran LLC and our Provider Group handle your Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and its implementing regulations. Your PHI is used and disclosed only as permitted by HIPAA and as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices. We do not sell your PHI.

We may share your information with: (a) Provider Group (DrTelx) to deliver clinical services; (b) Pharmacy partners to dispense prescribed medications; (c) Payment processors to handle transactions; (d) Technology service providers who operate our platform under confidentiality obligations; (e) Legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public. We do not sell your personal information or PHI to any third party.
8. Third-Party Service Providers
We engage third-party vendors to support our operations including payment processing, cloud hosting, analytics, and customer communications. All vendors are contractually required to protect your information and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.
9. Pharmacy Partners
Prescriptions issued through our platform are filled by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies including EPIQ Scripts, Foothills Pharmacy, and Emerald Compounding Pharmacy. Your prescription and necessary health information is shared with the dispensing pharmacy solely to fulfill your prescription.
10. Payment Information
Payment card information is processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Roviran does not store your full payment card number on its servers.
11. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve our website, remember your preferences, and analyze usage patterns. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the platform may not function properly if you do.
